In our company we are using <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=306096361&mt=8" rel="nofollow">BridgeTrak Mobile</a> a mobile version of the helpdesk ticket tracking system <a href="http://www.helpdesksoftware.com" rel="nofollow">Bridgetrak</a>. This application allows for mobile access to our helpdesk database from anywhere improving our help desk productivity levels. There are plenty of pretty good applications for iPhone.

In our company we are using BridgeTrak Mobile a mobile version of the helpdesk ticket tracking system Bridgetrak.

However, when I first saw the ad, all I could think was that I would never want to let someone enter my credit card info into their phone. In a time when privacy protection and data security are major issues, I would really have to trust my store clerk to let him use his iphone as a card reader.
