What do LEGO and traffic police have in common? Can someone come up with a good reason? Anyone?

Red ring means “satisfied” blue ring means “unsatisfied”
- not very intuitive you would expect the other way around no?

And apparently, looking at the number of red / blue rings, expectations are police is doing a good job...</description>
