NY Auto Show: Best Stand and Photo Gallery

By Dave Pinter on April 10, 2009

It may not have been the flashiest or biggest budget NY Auto Show this year, but all the manufacturers showed up and gave it their best. We’ve already shared our highlights over the past three days. But we couldn’t wrap the show up without selecting our favorite exhibition stand. While many manufacturers tried to do a lot with a little, we think Audi created a simple stand design with a lot of visual impact. First they chose to display their cars in groups of only two colors, white and red. The cars were fanned out from a rectangular structure that was clad with a fabric panels printed with bold graphics. The lower section of the structure housed an information desk and meeting rooms. The upper level is an owners lounge.

The uncluttered space and simple color palette really let the vehicles remain prominent.

Can’t make it to the NY Auto Show? PSFK has got you covered. We’ve documented everything that was worth seeing in our photo gallery. Check it out here.
