The top row shows clothes by Forever 21 and the bottom row is a selection of near identical pieces produced earlier by Trovata. Apparently the popular boutique fashion brand Trovata is accusing Forever 21 of trade dress infringement which is presenting their clothing in a way that suggests it might have been made by the popular fashion brand.
