Team PSFK joined the commuters and traveled across London this morning by train, then Tube then taxi. On our way we were amazed to see how many of these fold up bikes people were carrying and/or riding in the capital. The popular brand seems to be Brompton Bikes.

Ahem, have you been to Manhattan lately? I see numerous people riding their folding bikes every day (while riding on my very own Brompton). OK, not as many as in London, but still.
Anyway, glad you’re promoting bicycles.

All kinds of bikes are great, and any will do in the urban areas. We really like the Montague Bikes – they are dominant in the US because they are full-size.
