Google Has Created a Holodeck

Apparently Google has designed a Holodeck. Revealed at the Google I/O Conference yesterday, the Holodeck projects animated StreetView images on screens surrounding a single viewer. The images of the reality simulator make it look like it provides a decently realistic experience of moving through the world.
