I would be cheaper (and to my mind) just as pleasing to the eye to commission young graf  crews to decorate under passes with decent pieces.  Not throw-ups and tags.

Other writers tend to leave pieces along, specially if it&#039;s done by a respected crew. 

Kids get  a positive outlet for their art, people get something better to look at than a dull wall.

I&#039;m sure it&#039;s been done before but it came to mind...</description>
