At out 2009 New York conference, we had a panel of representatives from creative agencies that were starting their own product lines. Ben Malbon, Carl Johnson, Robbie Vitrano and Bart Haney all shared insights into this new model (The full video version is available here). Fast Company’s Danielle Sacks moderated the panel, and has provided an excellent edited transcript of the conversation in the the July issue of the magazine.
