		<description>When I lived in the UK a few years ago (2003), there was a big issue of importing Coke from nearby European countries (for a cheaper price) and selling upmarket.  At the time, it was just as common to see a can of Coke made in Spain as it was in the UK.  Perhaps the MADE IN GB tag has something to do with that issue.</description>

		<description>I think its more nationalistic than local. Coke Zero is Diet Coke for &#039;blokes&#039;, who tend to be more nationalistic. The appropriation of the bumper sticker is an attempt to reach out to them.</description>
