Prius Tops Car Sales in Japan
Toyota Prius has become the first hybrid to outsell all other cars in Japan. The Japan Automobile Dealers Association released figures showing increased sales of 400% compared to June of last year. A new car model, tax breaks, raising oil prices and a growing environmental awareness seems to be the magic combination of factors spurring this success.
