Qlocktwo: Telling Time Without Numbers

Qlocktwo: Telling Time Without Numbers

By Jim Moscater on August 24, 2009

Qlocktwo is a clock from German designers/manufacturers Biegert & Funk that supplies the time in phrases instead of numbers. The front of the clock can be changed out with different colored nameplates that are sold separately, and it’s also available in a variety of different languages, such as English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or French.

The retail price is over $1500 USD, but there’s a cheaper alternative for fans of this method of time keeping- iTunes features a Qlocktwo app which is available for iPhone and iPod touch for a paltry 99 cents.
