Sci-Fi Meets Fashion For Agent Provocateur Fall Line

Sci-Fi Meets Fashion For Agent Provocateur Fall Line

By Laura Feinstein on September 29, 2009

Agent Provocateur- they certainly live up to their name. The infamously racy lingerie line, created by the son of the grand dame of controversy herself- Vivianne Westwood, will be rolling out a new line this fall entitled “The New World Order“. It will feature a sci-fi inspired photo shoot, with each mini-collection containing a back story complete with villains, superheros, and special powers. To amp the Geekdom, AP will also be offering a spin-off comic book created by Marvel/DC artist Staz Johnson, about the adventures of it’s scantily clad femme fatales in a dystopian future run by a fascist regime whose only hope is a breed of “genetic enhanced” super-babes. The first issue of The New World Order comic is called Mission to Earth, and subsequent sequel issues will be published later this year. This new campaign comes hot-on-the heels of another interesting AP project – the choose your own adventure video short where players could  navigate a world inhabited by models such as Daisy Lowe and Peaches Geldof, and go on herculean missions. Currently, the comics are available at Agent Provocateur stores along with the new lines.
