		<description>Yes, I completely overlooked the &quot;cottage&quot; industry aspect of it. For the dynamo, I could see magnets being a problem  as with the LED and Panel for the vest. The rest of the materials could be fabricated locally. 

The solar experience gained from the vest could be more useful in the long term.</description>
