Cordies: Crowdsourced Cable Management

By Scott Lachut on October 7, 2009

Crowdsourced design website Quirky tackles the common problem of the runaway power cord – a direct result of our competing need to be plugged clashing with our desire to be constantly on the go – with their upcoming release. The aptly named Cordie, is a simple and aesthetically pleasing solution designed to hold multiple cables securely in place atop your desk. Now all that time otherwise spent searching the floor for fallen cords can be dedicated to more useful tasks, like surfing the web or tweeting.

As the fourteenth release in their emerging line of products, Quirky appears well on its way to innovating thoughtful answers to life’s everyday obstacles both big and small.
