Marilyn Minter: Art Meets the Handbag

Sure you might not be able to own a piece of her installation for Creative Time, and most will probably never be able to afford a work from her Day For Night photography series, but that doesn’t mean you can’t own a piece of Marilyn Minter. The recently ubiquitous and long under appreciated NYC artist has just unveiled a new collaboration with Intermix, which will benefit Bright Pink-a national non-profit organization that focuses on “empowering high risk women to take care of their breast and ovarian health”. For the project Minter will be unveiling an exclusive tote bag with a select still from Minter’s Green Pink Caviar art film.
