(Pic) Stella Artois’ Time-Lapse Ritual Project

By Kyle Studstill on November 13, 2009

This morning Stella Artois were giving away their iconic chalices at the corner of Crosby and Broome in SoHo, as part of an outdoor time-lapse project being recorded there over the next three weeks. The project description will be live tonight at The Ritual Project, and will showcase each of nine laborious steps behind the perfect glass of Stella.

From the pamphlet that comes along with each chalice:

“For centuries, bartenders around the world have considered the perfect Stella Artois and art form. Now, artists in New York are proving it.”
