When we were meandering around Old City Philadelphia last weekend we came across a couple of striking pieces of art. Above, Tom Judd adds to the city’s famed mural scene with this parking-lot back drop. Below you’ll see “Emergence” that we found in Bird Park. It’s by Dennis Ritter and features a swirl of porcelain birds which floats in the breeze – some of which occasionally shatter and fall to the ground.
