
VBS.TV have an interesting video that profiles New York chef David Chang. Cheng is a bit of a celebrated chef with his Momofuku and Sam restaurants. The video is candid as he admits that Momofuko wasn’t a success at irst because the food wasn’t good and he was trying to work out a cash register. Time and perseverance improved all that. It starts off with this great quote. Perseverance
