AT&T Launches App To Report Bad Service Areas
AT&T has released a free iPhone app named AT&T Mark the Spot. The app has been created after enormous complaints of AT&T service coverage. Supposedly this will allow for AT&T to identify the problem areas, and send technicians and crews to work on them. Will this be the beginning of better AT&T service? No one knows yet. The way the app works is simple – your phone drops a call, you immediately revert to the app and report the issue while the AT&T folks will be getting exact coordinates of the problem area.
