Last weekend was Master Cy Fawkes 2nd birthday (already) and we celebrated with his official beer Sly Fox from a brewery in Pennsylvania. There’s some nice frank, American storytelling on the side of the label of the I.P.A.:

‘More hops,’ belched Big Dan. ‘Young man, I must have more hops. Why can’t you make me a beer as big as the road which runs by your door?’

I glanced out at the Route 113 sign. Why not indeed?
