Intelligent Air Conditioning System Protects Car Passengers From Bad Smells

By Dan Gould on January 5, 2010

The new Nissan Fuga will come equipped with an intelligent air conditioning system that can protect passengers from foul odors.

Odor sensors on the outside of the car will be able to detect unpleasant smells, close the intake vents and then release an essential oil based “forest” smell throughout the car.

The Fuga will be released in Japan later this year.
