Crowdsourcing The Best To Etch For Soon To Open Marlowe Bistro

Crowdsourcing The Best To Etch For Soon To Open Marlowe Bistro

By Kat Popiel on February 5, 2010

Just when you thought interactivity was on the rise and businesses were crowdsourcing for free, San Francisco’s Marlowe throws a dash of the renegade.  With the launch of their new concept bistro in the old South space, executive chef Jennifer Puccio and owner Anna Weinberg are asking diners to send in their favorite food quotes.  The best five will be etched on the street facing window and given a $100 gift certificate.

Send your ideas to iwroteonthewindow@marlowesf.com by Monday, February 8.  All submissions will be places on the website and a public vote made in time for the bistro’s opening on February 16.
