Ekokook Kitchen System Reuses Food Waste

Ekokook is a concept kitchen system with a model for making use of any solid, liquid, or organic waste. The design incorporates a number of micro-plants that do everything from compressing solid materials into briquettes, to creative redirection of liquid runoff, to the use of living organisms to breakdown organic materials.
