Nokia’s Picture Of Peripheral “Sensor Backpacks” For Mobile Devices

On the Nokia Conversations blog, designer Yunghee Jung explores the concept of phones equipped with “sensor backpacks.”  Describing the development of modular phone peripherals attachable to existing phones, Jung illustrates with an analogy: “imagine a person with armor, and all kinds of sensors around them, so that we can start programming whatever gestures we want.”
