Passive Mobile Applications Monitor Sleep Habits Over Time

The Owl iPhone application tracks a user’s sleep habits passively during each night. The application monitors the user’s movements, snoring levels, and other ambient data from the environment to build a comprehensive database of information. Along with applications like Sleep Cycle and other tracking apps, we are seeing more systems enabling users to track their own personal healthstreams and make adjustments accordingly.
