Casey Neistat, a New York based artist and filmmaker, has created an entertaining short film that explores the intricacies of Chatroulette.
Neistat and his brother first appeared on the web in 2003, with the viral hit “The iPod’s Dirty Secret”, which was about the iPod’s irreplaceable battery.
