American Heart Association Endorses Nintendo Wii
In a first of its kind relationship, the American Heart Association has announced that it is putting its stamp of approval on the Nintendo’s Wii game console, including Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Resort. The AHA and Nintendo say that they share the common goal of helping consumers discover how active-play video games can contribute to healthy living. As a result of the partnership, AHA will be receiving $1.5 million from Nintendo over three years.
