BKoffie, a New York coffee bar, has introduced a coffee that brews while it is carried in a cup. The recyclable cup comes with a sipping lid, attached to which is a french press-style plunger. When ordered, the BKoffie staff adds freshly ground coffee, sugar and boiling water into the cup and attaches the lid. The customer is asked to wait for three minutes before pressing the plunger, which seals the cover, and completes the brewing process.

The coffee is available for $2-$4 and is made from African beans.
