Any parent traveling with kids or taking them out on the town knows how energy consuming it can be to manage children. We’ve noticed a few product innovations recently that help parents on the move continue their lifestyle without sidelining their parenting responsibilities.

The first is Roller Buggy, a product design which combines a baby stroller with that of a scooter, enabling parents to whiz around town while bringing their baby along. Designed by PIXSTUDIO, it comes with features such as a hydraulic brake system, a seat belt, and provides a controlled, well-cushioned environment. Additionally, the baby seat can be removed, allowing it to function as a scooter.

Other products we discovered include Ride On Carry On, which is essentially a seat that is attachable to a suitcase, and Trunki, a carry-on that kids can ride while parents pull them along.

What these products underscore is the need for designers to develop lightweight solutions that enable better mobility for parents that either want to simplify the process of taking their kids on trips or want to minimize time away from their children.
