‘Visualizing the World Cup’ is an interactive view of all the teams that have played in the World Cup finals since the tournament began in 1930. Created by web developer Robert Ivan, the display uses CSS and Javascript code to present this visualization.

Just hovering the mouse on any of the flags gives information on that country’s performance in the finals. Similarly, a mouse-over on any of the years will bring details on that year’s final.
