Wearable Drum Kit Played By Tapping Fingers

Wearable Drum Kit Played By Tapping Fingers

A group of students have created an interesting virtual music tool.

Kyle Studstill

The system uses pressure sensitive gloves to trigger various percussion sounds with taps of the fingers. Drum Gloves plays beats through a modified speaker backpack, which also allows for multiple users to drum together.
