Fans of the vodka can contribute thoughts on what makes their country’s nightlife special, helping to create a global celebration of local culture.
Smirnoff is setting out to show the world how other cultures party with their Nightlife Exchange Project. Fourteen countries have signed up for the ‘experiment in global nightlife culture’ and are packing their favourite music, food, dance moves, fashion, bands and DJ’s into one crate – set for the exchange.
Facebook fans of the vodka can add the application and read or contribute thoughts on what makes their country’s nightlife special. Each country’s chosen curator will sift through the ideas and select some of the most highly-rated suggestions to create a culturally-authentic night out.
Great Britain, Brazil, Australia, South Africa, Lebanon, Canada, Poland, Thailand, Venezuela, United States, Argentina, Germany, India and Ireland are all participating in the exchange which will premiere simultaneously on November 27, 2010.
