Data Visualization Decor [Pic]

Data visualizations are proving to be increasingly attractive as decorations for modern interiors, whether as music taste wall hangings or barcode inspired prints of your favorite movie.

3D printing offers a way for data viz decor to take on much more arresting forms. We got an inkling of this through a data sculpture of a climate change coffee cup but how about adorning a coffee table with a vase composed of your voice?

That could be possible if the methods behind this 3D printed vocal sound-wave sculpture (pictured above) ever go mainstream.
