Finding Beauty In Urban Decay [Pics]

By Paloma M. Vazquez on March 7, 2011

The building’s rooftop revealed a spectacular view of the ‘Save the Palestine’ water tower located in the neighborhood – and the various forms of street art and graffiti that have accumulated across the area’s buildings and structures over the years.
