The Family Care business unit, which includes brands such as Bounty, Charmin and Puffs, is looking for a Senior Innovation Design Manager for the Bounty brand to bring the second moment of truth for our consumer to life. Bounty has a strong purpose-driven culture that is working to “make life more hands-on” through a positive leadership attitude and charitable “Messterpiece” outreach programs for children.

Business Purpose:

The Bounty Innovation Design Manager will be the upstream design leader for the Bounty brand to provide Design Thinking and vision setting for innovation programs, as well as product design and texture design support for on-going business projects.
