Founded by textile designer Marjolein Wintjes and chef Eric Meuring, de culinaire werkplaats hosts various fruit and vegetable papers made in-house and used for food they serve and for the art work in the restaurant. The paper, created from juice of blended plants is made through the use of a dehydrator.
