'De culinaire werkplaats' is an eating concepts restaurant promoting sustainable design using edible fruit and vegetable paper.

Founded by textile designer Marjolein Wintjes and chef Eric Meuring, de culinaire werkplaats hosts various fruit and vegetable papers made in-house and used for food they serve and for the art work in the restaurant. The paper, created from juice of blended plants is made through the use of a dehydrator.
