Red Pop: The Camera Button iPhone Accessory

By Emma Hutchings on June 7, 2011

The Red Pop is a device that attaches to your iPhone 4 and lets you take photos with the push of a button. To use it you simply twist the barrel, causing the button to pop up and the connector to become visible. Then you push it onto the base of your iPhone, which opens up the free Red Pop app so it’s ready to use. With a simple click of the big red button you can snap instant photos. The increased tactility ensures less downtime between shots so you never miss the moment and the chance to catch that perfect photograph.

Created by Beep Industries, the Red Pop product design project is on Kickstarter, where it aimed for a $20,000 goal. With 25 days left to go and over 500 backers, it has more than doubled its required amount.
