ADP, the largest human resources and payroll provider in the world unveiled a free mobile application for Apple, Android and Blackberry devices. The Mobile Solutions application has the potential to change the way American workers obtain personal human resources and payroll information from employers. Employees at ADP client locations will be able to see virtual payroll info, check on their 401K and retirement savings, clock in with time and attendance and access the corporate intranet. Organizations are also increasingly looking into mobile HR access for employees as a criterion when evaluating the capabilities of next-generation HR solutions and services. According to the International Data Corporation, the number of workers using smart phones for work is expected to nearly double from 2009 to 2014.

The application is a bold follow up to Run Mobile, a payroll management solution that enables small business owners to pay their employees using a smart phone, which was released by ADP last fall. Run Mobile is currently used by more than 100,000 clients nationwide. Prior to this, there was no mobile application for workers to enjoy a comprehensive HR and payroll data.

The ADP Mobile Solutions app is currently available to ADP clients who operate in the United States only.
