An adaptation of the video sharing platform creates an interactive video experience to promote the British fashion house’s latest line of shades.
To promote the bright-colored-foldable sunglasses from the Burberry Bright collection, the fashion label has launched a YouTube experience with an unexpected twist. Initially, the video appears to be housed within a standard youtube page format, however, a few seconds in, and the video grows, loosing its frame and taking over the whole page. The experience then becomes interactive, allowing users to select different colors and watch engaging video transitions from one color to the other. This gives personality to each color, while breaking the mold of a familiar media channel.
