Dell CEO Michael Dell posted a question on Google+ and receives a phenomenal amount of responses that encouraged him to try out Google+ Hangouts for Dell’s customer service initiatives.
Dell chairman and CEO Michael Dell has revealed that the company may soon use Google+ Hangouts as a medium of facilitating customer service, after receiving an overwhelming positive response upon posting the following question on Google+:
I am thinking about hangouts for business. Would you like to be able to connect with your Dell service and sale teams via video directly from Dell.com?
Responses ranged from an enthusiastic “Yes!” to an imperative “Hangout for businesses would be extremely helpful. For you and the customers,” indicating that Google+ users are eager to try tangible means of communication via video in Google+
