Dell chairman and CEO Michael Dell has revealed that the company may soon use Google+ Hangouts as a medium of facilitating customer service, after receiving an overwhelming positive response upon posting the following question on Google+:

Responses ranged from an enthusiastic “Yes!” to an imperative “Hangout for businesses would be extremely helpful. For you and the customers,” ¬†indicating that Google+ users are eager to try tangible means of communication via video in Google+
