The tech giant hopes to attract younger buyers by featuring famous faces like that of Russell Brand, in their “Everybody On” campaign.

HEWLETT-PACKARD, introducing its new TouchPad in the crowded touch-screen tablet pack, has enlisted the quirky British comedian Russell Brand and other youthful celebrities in an attempt to provide the pizazz younger buyers look for when they choose personal devices. Russell Brand recorded a commercial for H.P.’s TouchPad in Los Angeles. H.P.’s “Everybody On” campaign will make its debut on Thursday with a 30-second commercial on cable and network television. It features Mr. Brand, the droll, shaggy-haired actor, multitasking with the aid of his “digital manservant,” the TouchPad. NYTimes
