TAG Heuer Launches Luxury Link Smartphone

The Swiss watchmaker's foray into smartphones results in an expensive, customizable phone with the Android 2.2 OS.

After teasing us last month with this video, TAG Heuer‘s new Link smartphone will be hitting retailers this month. The “first Swiss luxury smartphone” will set you back $6800 and is constructed of materials such as titanium, diamonds, stainless steel, rubber, black PVD and carbon leather. The back of the phone can be customized with your choice of gold, calfskin or alligator. The Link has a 5 megapixel auto-focus HD camera, 256MB of memory, 3.5 inch screen, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi and a patented reversible time display unit.
