Mybestfit is a shopping technology that scans a person’s body to match their personal measurements with clothing, sizes, and styles stocked by nearby retailers. The 20 second scan sends and receives low power radio waves from a rotating, vertical “wand” that pinpoints 200,000 points of measurement. User results can be filtered by brand, style, retailer and price. Of the customers surveyed, 96% said the service was helpful and 84% said they were directed to brands about which they were previously unaware. The technology is currently located at the King of Prussia Mall, PA, the largest fashion retail center in the United States.
