“Ocean Action” by Animate Me! was created for the organization’s latest campaign.
This short film entitled “Ocean Action” was used to launch Greenpeace’s campaign against illegal fishing practices inside the EU. The 90-second animation was designed and directed by Jens Blank of Animate Me!, and was created in just two and a half weeks. It tells of the illegality in the Spanish fishing industry, where billions of euros in EU subsidies are misused. Greenpeace wants a change towards healthy and sustainable practices in the world’s oceans. You can learn more about the campaign here and watch the animation below:
