Interactive Print & Digital Advergame [Video]

DDB Helsinki's 'Speed test' game for mobile operator Sonera combines magazine and mobile advertising.

This video shows the innovative campaign for mobile operator Sonera to advertise it as the first to offer a 4G network in Finland. Advertising agency DDB Helsinki combined both print and digital media by creating a speed test game that measures how quick player’s reactions are. A mobile phone connects to the game and is used as the display. Two players place their fingers on the full-page magazine ad and when the phone’s screen flashes, the first to press it is the winner. By challenging a friend, participants were able to win a Sonera 4G connection.
