Waiting in mid-Manhattan last month to storm Target’s pop-up shop offering the much-trumpeted Missoni for Target collection, Elsa Isaac could scarcely contain herself. “I’m thinking that this is a collector’s collection,” Ms. Isaac said. “People are going to talk about this for a while.”
