Ford has partnered with photo-sharing app Instagram to launch a photography competition in which the winner will receive a new Ford Fiesta. The marketing campaign, named Fiestagram, promotes the new Ford model and challenges Instagram users to upload photos according to categories inspired by the technologies and features of the Ford Fiesta.
Fans can simply visit the Ford Fiesta Facebook page to upload photos with the hashtag #Fiestagram to Instagram. The competition will be judged by Instagram’s founder Philippe González and Ford’s head of social media, Scott Monty. The submitted images appear in a Facebook gallery and the best submissions will be published on billboards and photography galleries across Europe. The contest has received over 11,000 images in just over 4 weeks and the winner will be announced December 9th.
