British Building Society Offers Customers Free Download Of Its TV Ad Soundtrack

By Emma Hutchings on December 21, 2011

Nationwide is the world’s largest building society and the UK’s second largest savings provider, with around 16 million members. As a special festive treat for its customers, it has made the soundtrack of the music from its TV ads available to download for personal use.

Customers can listen to Snow Prelude on their mobile device or download it to a computer by visiting this page of Nationwide’s website before midday on Friday 23rd December. The track has been made available following requests for the music from a number of customers and the building society hopes this will aid its efforts to build deeper engagement among members. Andy McQueen, marketing director at Nationwide, said:

The music, Snow Prelude no 3 in C Major composed by Ludovico Einaudi is not currently commercially available so we’re really pleased to be able to offer it for free for a limited period.
