Facebook Now Testing Coupons In Its Ads [Headlines]

The social network has started to offer brands and businesses the opportunity to offers its users coupons in the sidebar.

Facebook is testing an ad unit that would allow brands to deliver coupons via display ads, the company said on Dec. 15.

A Facebook spokesperson declined to comment on specifics regarding the ad unit, such as whether advertisers would be able to incentivize sharing in exchange for higher value coupons. Direct Marketing News
