Old Spice Guy Returns As MANta Claus To Give Out 7 Billion Gifts
American actor Isaiah Mustafa came to fame for his series of Old Spice TV commercials: The Man Your Man Could Smell Like. Now, he’s back by popular demand and features in the Old Spice MANta Claus campaign. The week-long campaign reveals the generous and festive side of Mustafa as he aims to to give gifts to 7 billion people on earth.
The series of videos kicked off with Mustafa giving a shout-out to Twitter fan Amber (aka @beautyjunkies) and revealing her gift: a pair of shoes made out of necklaces as the item combined the two things she liked best. The surprised Amber responded with, “OMG I can die now.”
So far, gift receivers have included residents in Australia, Shanghai commuters, and 25 Internet friends. At the end of each day, Mustafa provides a progress report of how many gifts were given and how many more to go.
